Refund Policy: Due to making products in small batches, We do not offer any refunds on any products. If you have any reactions to any products discontinue use and see your doctor. If you have any other issues or questions about your items please email us at orders@lovingyourtemple.com.
Shipping Policy: We typically ship your items out within 1-3 days, if demand is higher or during holiday seasons, it may take longer. We do not guarantee that you will recieve any shipments by any date. Once your package is shipped you will receive a tracking number and will be able to track after 24 hours. We do not offer refunds on lost packages or late arrivals of packages. If your package is delivered damaged please email us as soon as possible so we can assist you. For lost packages that can not be located we will replace your order as a one time courtesy. Please also remember during holiday season months of October- January, USPS and other carriers will be delayed.
