Shipping Policy: We typically ship your items out within 1-3 days, if demand is higher or during holiday seasons, it may take longer. We do not guarantee that you will receive any shipments by any date. Once your package is shipped you will receive a tracking number and will be able to track after 24 hours. We do not offer refunds on lost packages or late arrivals of packages. If your package is delivered damaged please email us as soon as possible so we can assist you. For lost packages that can not be located we will replace your order as a one time courtesy. Please also remember during holiday season months of October- January, USPS and other carriers will be delayed.
